QUBIC - Network – Incident details

In the time between 00:45 to 06:45 and 07:50 to 08:04 UTC we encountered a partial network outage at one of our providers.
Unfortunately the automated failover to the a second location didn't work.

This caused the most services to have problems to connect:
- Portal Website
- Wallet
- AI Training
- API Services

The technicians are working on identifying the root cause. The automatic failover will be tested again to prevent such an outage due to network connectivity again.

This incident has been resolved.
